Hotel isolé près d'une autoroute, accès compliqué. La chambre attribuée au départ n'avait pas été nettoyée! Après signalement, la seconde chambre attribuée (au rez-de-chaussée) sentait fort l'humidité! Et enfin la troisième et dernière chambre était plus ou moins correcte. Le départ tardif accepté mais mauvaise ou absence de communication entre collegues...

酒店位置比較偏，但是有車子，行動也是比較方便，停車場要收費，旁邊有家餐廳好像是可以免費停車，早餐比較單調

The hotel is not in the center, have a car o trasportation if needed. The restaurant was out of servicie the weekend i went, and there is Just one close by, so, few options around. Also the sign for not to clean the room was hanging and they did not care, they cleaned anyway, i jad to ask them to leave but they dont speak english, so they stayed till i call the reception. By the way, people at the front desk were kindy and very communicative, always smiling and friendly. The pool area was good and clean. The stay was ok, but i think relation price - quiality was ok

말 자체는 친절하게 말하나 고장나서 안되는 것에 대해 적극 개선할 의지를 보이지 않는다. 티비가 안되서 립세션에 전화하려 했는데 전화도 먹통이였다. 수리공이 와서 티비는 고쳤으나 전화는 고치지 못했다. 전화가 안되서 룸서비스를 시킬수 없다하니 당분간 룸서비스가 안되니 배달시켜먹으라하더라. 나중에 침대소파가 작동을 안한다하니 애초에 2인으로 예약해서 고장나있는 침대소파를 줬다했다. 객실변경 요청을 하니 전객실 만실이라 그것도 어렵다고 한다. 어디까지 직원의 말을 믿을 수 있는지 잘 모르겠다. 단, 조식당 직원들은 매우 친절하다. 리셉션 직원들만 좀 적극 대응 의지가 떨어지는 것 같다. 다신 오지 않을 것 같다.
